On Saturday 12 October 2024, it is that time again. Provincial Domain Atlantikwall Raversyde, the Bird and Wildlife Rescue Centre (VOC) and the Space Science Centre Astropolis are joining forces.
The 25th edition of Night of Darkness promises to be extra special. We have mapped out a brand new trail that takes you along and through the historic bunkers of the First World War.
We are also unpacking new stands and activities! Discover the magic of historical night vision goggles, admire the stars through telescopes, and be surprised by luminous mushrooms. Find out more about nocturnal animals, enjoy poetic readings about the night, and dive into fascinating conversations during our science café. It promises to be an evening of discovery and wonder for young and old alike!

Dogs are not allowed to Atlantikwall Raversyde, with the exception of guide dogs.
Don’t forget to bring your torch (bright lights and lasers are not allowed).
