  • Masks are no longer compulsory, but they are still recommended.
  • Always follow the instructions of the reception employees, stewards and guards.
  • Dogs are not allowed on ATLANTIKWALL RAVERSYDE, with the exception of assistance dogs.

How can I buy a ticket for Raversyde?
You can do so by means of the online ticket system.
The time slot for which you make a reservation is the 15-minute period during which you must report to the reception.
If you have any questions, please contact the number +32 (0)59 70 22 85.
You can also buy your ticket on the spot.

Some more info if you book online:
You will receive confirmation of your reservation via e-mail.
You may come to Atlantikwall Raversyde at the chosen time with your tickets (which are attached to that e-mail).
Bring a printed copy of the attached tickets or display them on your smartphone as proof of payment.
You have made an online payment. No need to go to the reception desk, you can immediately go to the ticket control.

Information: a visit to Atlantikwall Raversyde (Battery Aachen and Battery Saltzwedel-neu) takes about 120 minutes (1900 metres).

Can I safely access the museums?
We disinfect the doorhandles several times a day and ask you to disinfect your hands when entering the building. Along the route, you may also have to queue for a short while at certain locations. If you have to queue, keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other visitors.

Can I still go to the reception desk?
To ensure a physical distance, we ask you to wait on the floor stickers when queuing. A route has been clearly marked so as to show you what direction to go in. You may not divert from this route.
The reception employees will gladly help you and are protected by plexiglass screens for their and your safety. Our stewards and guards are at your service at several locations. Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m. You can recognise the stewards by their red cap displaying a soldier, grey jacket, black pullover and red polo shirt displaying a bunker and soldier. Guards wear a suit with Vigilis logo.
